• Minimum 7 years in commercial operations, field effectiveness, analytics, or transformation within complex organizations.
• Experience driving capability transformation and AI/technology adoption programs at scale.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships across functions and levels.
• Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic field effectiveness and transformation initiatives across the North America roadmap.
• Own governance, timelines, and risk mitigation for concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on roadmaps and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Develop business cases and ROI frameworks for investments in capability and technology.
• Coordinate with global teams to leverage standards and share best practices.
