Job summary

Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking an Associate Client Executive to manage a portfolio of existing government accounts nationwide and drive incremental sales outside renewal windows.

You will meet monthly targets, shape product plans, forecast weekly in SFDC, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with partners to secure multi‑year contracts while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude.
• A demonstrated ability to drive high customer contact volume.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in partnership oriented sales positions.
• High degree of professionalism, customer centricity, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and attainment requirements.
• Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close.
• Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies in conjunction with partner AE.
• Effectively forecast sales weekly while maintaining a clean SFDC pipeline.
• Conduct demonstrations to introduce and position new products/solutions effectively.
• Proactively monitor upcoming anniversary customers and identify at‑risk accounts.
• Secure long‑term revenue by targeting multi‑year contract goals.
• Leverage/complement digital tools to drive automated and scalable interactions.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with and work with partners to resolve unique customer issues.
