Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-focused service and actively assist clients with day-to-day banking needs at our Florida branch. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through digital banking tools, all while building trusted relationships and collaborating with the branch team.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking in clients, and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team members to reach financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault or ATMs, following bank policies.
