Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service, educate clients on digital banking, and build trusted relationships at the branch level. You will support account openings and servicing while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.

The role emphasizes client-centric experiences, collaboration with team members, and the use of Chase Mobile App and ATM networks to meet clients' financial goals.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand needs.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance including opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following policy.
