• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening and partnering with team members to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
