Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts, complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with branch team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
