Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with the tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs as needed.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet client financial goals.
• Conduct branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs, per bank policies.
