Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to create a welcoming branch experience, greet clients, and provide attentive service. You will support account openings, educate clients on digital banking tools, and collaborate with team members to help clients reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and directing them as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling while following policies and procedures.
