Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Assist branch operations and cash handling while complying with bank policies and procedures.
