Job summary

Lyft Flexdrive in Nashville seeks an Associate Operations Manager to lead workforce scheduling, training coordination, and floor execution for a 24/7 depot.

You will mentor Fleet Operations Leads, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with the Operations Manager to drive depot readiness and performance. This on-site role requires strong leadership and a track record of scaling operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operational leadership within AV or complex fleet environments.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new sites or programs with accountability for facilities and team performance.
• Experience in safety management and regulatory compliance in transportation or similar regulated industries.
• Experience coordinating incident response and multi-vendor support in complex operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays for a 24/7 depot.
• Strong leadership in training execution and team development in safety-critical environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns depot scheduling across all teams to ensure staffing and operational readiness.
• Coordinates training program execution and ensures certifications and renewals are completed.
• Directs floor execution and maintains depot quality standards during shifts.
• Mentors Fleet Operations Leads on priorities, escalations, and performance observations.
