Job summary

Lyft Flexdrive is hiring an Associate Operations Manager for the Nashville AV depot to lead scheduling, training, and on-floor execution. You will drive shift coverage, ensure training completion, and maintain quality standards across a 24/7 operation.

This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight. The role requires 5+ years in operational leadership within AV/fleet settings, a strong safety/regulatory background, and proven ability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operational leadership in AV or fleet environments.
• Proven track record launching and scaling new sites or programs.
• Experience with safety management and regulatory compliance in transportation or regulated industries.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends for 24/7 depot ops.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns depot scheduling and workforce planning across shifts.
• Oversees training program execution and certification compliance.
• Leads floor execution, vehicle flow, parts management, and data handling.
• Directs Fleet Operations Leads and Associates on task execution.
• Maintains shift documentation and smooth handoffs.
• Mentors Fleet Operations Leads on shift.
