You will manage a safety-first team, coordinate real-time staff coverage, and lead incident response under tight SLAs while ensuring regulatory compliance across OSHA/EHS requirements and partner agreements.

• 2+ years in operational management in safety-critical environments.
• 3+ years in safety management or EHS compliance.
• Strong ability to manage 24/7 shift operations.

• Lead and oversee depot operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fleet availability and SLA adherence.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching for team development.
• Maintain real-time staff availability, shift handovers, and coverage for depot functions.
