Responsibilities

• Lead depot operations during assigned shifts to meet fleet availability targets.
• Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching to promote safety-first culture.
• Maintain real-time staff coverage and shift handovers for critical functions.
• Coordinate with partner support teams during fleet-wide events or incidents.
• Implement Safety Risk Management and track training/compliance.
• Lead safety drills, audits, and regulatory reporting as required.
• Monitor KPIs and produce shift reports with documentation.
