Lyft Flexdrive is hiring for a Depot Operations Associate in Nashville. You will support 24/7 AV depot operations, performing pre-deployment checks, calibration tasks, and end-of-day diagnostics.

The role includes charging, cleaning, data handling, and adherence to safety standards. Requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in automotive or fleet operations; valid driver’s license and ability to work night shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• 1-2 years in automotive, fleet operations, logistics or similar hands-on environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record; ability to perform calibration driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Readiness: perform pre-deployment checks and end-of-day diagnostics.
• State transitions: move vehicles through operational states with checks and inspections.
• Quality Assurance: follow SOPs and document issues.
• Charging, cleaning, and fleet servicing: maintain cleanliness and manage charging.
• Data management: secure data handling and device security.
• Calibration and technical operations: conduct calibration activities and verify results.
• Lot management: manage vehicle movement and depot workflow.
• Safety and compliance: follow OSHA/EHS guidelines and complete training.
