Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for its EDGE Program, a multi-month Technical Sales and Consulting training track leading to Associate Account Manager roles across North America.

Participants will receive sales, technical, and professional training and will advance to field sales offices upon completion, with placements across the United States and Canada. Current openings emphasize relationship building and digital customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, Associate Account Managers are based in one of our field sales offices across the US and call on customers all over North America.

Education

Bachelor's degree (accredited college or university)

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain
