Rockwell Automation is seeking high-potential graduates for the EDGE Program, a world-class, multi-month training in sales, technical and professional skills, with placement in field offices across North America after completion. You will join a cohort of peers globally and embark on a journey to become a trusted, outcomes-based seller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.
