Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, offers the EDGE Program: Technical Sales and Consulting, a multi-month training path blending sales, technical and professional instruction in classroom and on-the-job settings. After completion, Associates are placed in field sales offices across North America.

You will participate in customer-facing engagements, build relationships with producers and systems integrators, and learn to translate complex topics into clear solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid US drivers license.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees.
• Graduating in or before December 2026 or Spring 2027, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry.
• You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share.
• You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation.
• You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.
