Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for the EDGE Program, a Technical Sales and Consulting training track in the United States. The multi-month program blends classroom and on-the-job learning to develop outcome-based sellers who will be placed in a North American field sales office after completion.

Essentials include a bachelor's degree and U.S. work authorization; preferred qualifications include a 3.0 GPA and relevant internships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.

Education
