Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for the EDGE Program, a multi-month Technical Sales and Consulting training track that blends classroom and on-the-job learning. Associates are prepared to join field sales offices across North America after completion.

The role focuses on building relationships with producers, customers, and partners to solve industry challenges, while developing and executing sales plans to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with producers and work with customers, systems integrators, and partners to solve challenges.
• You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share.
• You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms and, after training, be placed in a North American field sales office.
