Job summary

Rockwell Automation’s EDGE Program in Technical Sales and Consulting offers a multi-month training blending sales, technical and professional development. Trainees join a global cohort and, after completion, are placed in Rockwell field sales offices across North America. The program seeks graduates with US work authorization and a bachelor’s degree.

A valid driver’s license is required. Preferred degrees include Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related fields; internships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; US work authorization; valid driver’s license.
• Prefer degrees in engineering or related fields; internships with Rockwell Automation or partners are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: build relationships with customers, systems integrators, and partners; develop sales plans to meet goals; manage accounts and grow spend; interact with customers via digital channels; post-training placement in North America.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees
