Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Associate Account Manager as part of the EDGE Program, a world-class, multi-month training in sales, technical, and professional skills. After completion, associates are placed in one of our North American field sales offices.

You will build relationships with producers and partners, develop sales plans to reach goals, and work with customers via digital channels to drive growth across Rockwell Automation's opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• A valid US driver's license is required.
• Graduating in or before December 2026 or Spring 2027, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2027.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or related technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: build relationships with producers and customers, collaborate with systems integrators and industry partners to meet annual sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans to grow market share and customer spend across assigned accounts.
• Engage with customers exclusively via digital channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) and prepare for placement in North American field sales offices after training.
