Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for the EDGE Program, a multi-month training track that blends sales, technical, and professional development. Associates undergo classroom and on-the-job training, then are placed in North American field sales offices.

You will develop relationships with customers, integrators, and partners, learn to propose solutions, and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment. Fresh graduates with a technical background are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.
• Graduating in or before December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Previous intern/co-op with Rockwell or partners is a plus.
• Location flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager will build relationships with producers and work with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges and grow sales.
