Job summary

Yelp seeks a Customer Success professional for its enterprise-focused team, aimed at growing new business with SMB digital advertising agencies. You will build relationships, present Yelp products, and drive revenue targets with a consultative selling approach.

The role requires strategic relationship development, prospect discovery, and collaboration across teams to maximize Yelp’s partner opportunities and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing sales or in a company partner sales function.
• Demonstrated success in hitting sales goals in a prior role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptable startup attitude and ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up a collaborative business partnership between Yelp and SMB digital advertising agencies and their advertisers.
• Create consultative sales presentations to demonstrate Yelp’s advertising and marketing products.
• Lead training sessions to help the agency improve skills in building and executing effective campaigns.
• Continuously exceed quarterly and annual sales targets assigned by management while contributing to team goals.
• Develop and manage partner relationships to ensure over-achievement of assigned goals.
• Map out the agency’s business structure and understand key decision makers, budget owners and the agency’s decision‑making process.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster relationships, validate advertiser wishes and keep Yelp’s partnership top of mind.
