Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, fostering happier, healthier lives and positive member experiences. You will educate members, promote sessions, and maintain accurate client records to ensure progress and safety.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and continuing education to advance in the Life Time stretch program while delivering high-quality fitness guidance on the club floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer certification.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax methods.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads and engages in required training for the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
