Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions. You will build relationships, provide education, and uphold the Life Time brand while helping members feel and move better.

Responsibilities include designing client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, promoting services, and documenting progress. Required certifications include CPT and CPR/AED, plus a high school diploma and related education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safe client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching and breathing drills.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and related services.
• Document all aspects of client programming and progress.
• Stay current on certifications, trends, and continuing education.
