Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a PT-Stretch Specialist to provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping members feel and move better while delivering a high-quality member experience. You will educate members, support goals, and uphold Life Time Brand standards on the fitness floor.

The role requires a CPT certification, CPR/AED, and knowledge of stretching techniques. You will promote services and maintain client programming records, contributing to a positive, inclusive club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques required.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goals and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Stays current on certifications and trends to advance in the program levels.
• Ensures members feel competent and connected through superior service and programming.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
