Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, focusing on education and a positive member experience aligned with Life Time standards.

The role involves creating safe client programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, and assisting with sales of services while maintaining thorough client documentation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
• AIS or FST certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads and engages in required training for the role.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
