Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions and building strong relationships for happier, healthier lives.

You will lead clients through stretch and recovery programs, provide floor assistance, promote programs, and document client progress while maintaining certifications and offering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field preferred.
• Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar) preferred.
• CPR and AED certification required/ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain current certifications and stay updated on industry trends.

Education
