Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping clients feel and move better. You will build comprehensive programs, lead stretch and recovery sessions, and provide educational, safety-focused support on the fitness floor.

Strong customer service and ongoing training are required. Qualifications include a high school diploma, Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED certification, and knowledge of assisted stretching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class; able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Performs pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and tailor programs.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members, ensuring safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Keeps certifications current and stays updated on industry trends and continuing education.
• Ensures members feel competent, confident, and connected through exceptional service.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
