Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while upholding the Life Time Brand.

You will lead sessions, design safe programs, promote stretch services, and document progress; must be a certified trainer with CPR/AED, capable of light lifting and staying active throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified personal Trainer status required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and completes admin requirements.
