Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations in a senior living community. You will recruit, hire, and develop caregiving teams while overseeing staffing, scheduling, and neighborhood operations to ensure high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will collaborate with clinical and activity teams on assessments and care planning, monitor resident conditions, communicate updates to families, and support budgets and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Over 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling, and team management abilities.

Role Overview

The Assisted Living Coordinator leads daily care operations in a senior living environment, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing caregiving teams, managing staffing, scheduling, and daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood. They oversee the delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution, collaborate with clinical teams on assessments and care planning, and monitor resident conditions, communicating updates to families. Additionally, they work with Activities and Dining teams to enhance resident experiences, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage team performance, engagement, coaching, and evaluations. They support departmental budgets, labor management, and operational efficiency.
