Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead an assisted living team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, and support scheduling and ISPs within a compliant framework.

You will monitor resident health, communicate with families, and collaborate with activities and dining to boost engagement, while upholding safety practices and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in assisted living/long-term care/healthcare.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Office and care systems).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
