Job summary

Enriched Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator in the United States (Wylie, TX) to oversee residents’ health status, coordinate care with families, outside agencies and residents’ primary care doctors. You will assist residents, delegate caregivers, and instruct them on daily functions while ensuring staff adherence to laws and regulations.

Supervising staff and maintaining standards of care is essential.

Qualifications

• Caregiver in Assisted Living/Memory Care with at least two years of experience.
• RN delegated med Tech with 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the Enriched Senior Living mission, staff and operations including commitment to 'person-directed' care
• Assist in preparation and final approval on all service plans and assessments for all residents; assessments at admission, quarterly and change of condition with Executive Director review
• Act as a liaison for health-related issues to volunteers, families, or the public
• Attend and participate in monthly care conferences and staff meetings
• Train and monitor all staff in the handling and dispersing of medications
• Ensure MARs are accurate and up-to-date in BlueStep
• Coordinate delegation of caregivers with RN delegator
• LOCA assessments with final review of Executive Director
• May lift more than 50 pounds to assist residents; proper lifting techniques
• Participate in weekend management rotation and timecard approval
• Recruitment
• All other duties assigned
• Participate in Admissions and Marketing as needed
• Maintain team focus and willing attitude with all staff

Resident Care Coordinator

Position Summary:

Primary responsibility is to oversee the status and health condition of all the residents, coordinate care with family, outside agencies and residents' primary care doctor. You will assist residents regarding health-related issues and delegate caregivers and instruct them on their daily functions with residents. You will always ensure staff adherence to laws and regulation. Standards of care will be met and exceed guideline as well as supervising staff.

Qualifications:

Caregiver in Assisted Living/Memory Care, no less than two years experience, RN delegated med Tech with no less than 1-2 years experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
