Job summary

You will lead recruitment, hiring, and development of caregiving staff, manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping, supervise the care team, and collaborate with clinical teams on assessments, care planning, and resident needs while supporting family

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
