Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a proactive leader to provide hands-on supervision in an assisted living environment. You will supervise staff, deliver direct resident care, and assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and ISPs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with Activities and Dining teams, participate in crossover meetings, and uphold safety, infection control, and risk management standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems).
