Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale order entry in NetSuite with deadlines and accuracy.
• Send samples to new accounts and coordinate returns.
• Notify accounts of shortages and shipping delays.
• Update Wholesale tracker daily.
• Collaborate with accounting to send invoices and with the Director on payments.
• Lead trunk shows logistics and cross-functional coordination.
• Build relationships with existing accounts to grow business.
• Serve as primary contact for buyer inquiries.
