Tuckernuck is seeking an Assistant Account Executive in Washington, DC to support the Wholesale team and help drive growth. You will manage NetSuite order entry, coordinate samples, communicate delays, and maintain account relationships.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organization, and proactive communication in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Excel.
The Assistant Account Executive will play a critical role in executing the Wholesale team’s strategic initiatives and supporting aggressive growth objectives. This individual will develop a strong understanding of inventory investments and performance drivers to help achieve both departmental and company goals.
This role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Wholesale team, ensuring seamless execution across accounts. Key responsibilities include NetSuite management, order creation and adjustments, proactive outreach to prospective accounts (cold calls and emails), maintaining detailed call notes, and tracking best-selling styles by account to inform future strategy.
The Assistant Account Executive will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and serve as a point of contact for external partners. This is an exciting new role within Tuckernuck and with the growing business, new tasks outside of the job description will come up. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take on tasks both big and small in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This position requires regular travel and occasional weekend work.
Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $58,000-$65,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
