Tuckernuck is seeking an Assistant Account Executive in Washington, DC to support the Wholesale team and help drive growth. You will manage NetSuite order entry, coordinate samples, communicate delays, and maintain account relationships.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organization, and proactive communication in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale order entry in Netsuite with focus on deadlines and accuracy.
• Coordinate sending samples to new accounts and manage send-backs.
• Notify accounts of shortages and shipping delays.
• Update Wholesale tracker daily and support B2B rollout.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage trunk shows and events.
