Job summary
SUNY Cortland is hiring a part-time Assistant Web Operations Developer for Fall 2026. The role supports web page creation, online forms, and process workflows within the Library, assisting both Web Operations and Software Engineers.
The position is limited to current SUNY Cortland students, with up to 14 hours per week, and flexible hours between 8:00 and 16:30. Campus location is Library; contact Chris Valenti for details.
Qualifications
- Must be a current SUNY Cortland student.
- Familiarity with programming; .NET and/or PHP preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based development apps for forms or content management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in web page creation, online forms, and process workflow.
- Collaborate with Web Operations Specialist and Software Engineers to support development tasks.

Department Information Systems and Security
The Assistant Web Operation Developer will work with both the Web Operations Specialist and the Software Engineers to assist in web page creation, online forms, and process workflow. This position is only available for current SUNY Cortland students.
Varied, up to 14 hours per week, from 8-4:30 . Flexible hours.
Library
- Must be a current SUNY Cortland student
- Specific experience programing in . NET and/or PHP
- Taken and passed a programming course
- Experience with cloud-based development applications for form creation or content management

Should have experience or have proven course work in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications programs.
