Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in risk governance, controls, technology risk, audit or compliance.
• Experience with Generative AI, ML, intelligent automation, AI agents, and AI lifecycle risks and controls.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into governance requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI governance framework development, policies, standards and procedures.
• Identify, assess, document and escalate AI-related risks.
• Lead governance reviews for AI, Generative AI and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, Model Risk Management and other control functions.
• Develop risk indicators, control metrics and monitoring frameworks.
