Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team seeks a Vice President for the AI Governance function in New York. You will lead the implementation of governance and risk frameworks across MRGR and firmwide AI/ML initiatives, ensuring models are fit for purpose and understood.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify emerging risks, design controls, and communicate with senior management and regulators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk governance, technology, or model risk.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business risk terms.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess evolving AI/ML risks and governance needs.
• Build relationships with MRGR and firmwide AI/ML functions.
• Design controls and processes across interdisciplinary teams for risk mitigation.
• Prepare communications for senior management and regulators on risks.
• Own and drive project workstreams from inception to completion.
