The ideal candidate is a collaborative risk leader with strong analytical and communication skills, able to translate complex AI concepts into governance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–7 years of experience in risk management, governance, controls, technology risk, audit, compliance, program management, or a related field.
• Experience identifying, assessing, documenting, and escalating risks in a complex or regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, AI agents, and the risks and controls associated with the AI lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI governance, risk oversight, and policy implementation for AI and automation initiatives.
• Evaluate design and effectiveness of controls; drive improvements in processes, analytics, and monitoring.
• Produce executive dashboards and governance reporting; support committees and senior management materials.
