Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers help operate theatres, ensuring policies and standards are met. They work across departments, train staff, and may advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, coordinating in multiple departments, and maintaining high guest service. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Training in cash handling and basic math.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager direction and support staff.
• Train and coach team members in job functions.
• Assist in administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve issues.
