Smoothie King in Dallas, TX seeks a purpose-driven Assistant General Manager to energize a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead store operations, drive brand standards, and oversee daily planning, scheduling, and local marketing initiatives.

As AGM, you’ll coach staff, manage inventories, ensure food safety compliance, and partner with the General Manager to achieve guest satisfaction and store profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes.
• ServSafe Certification.
