Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Full-Time store professional to deliver quality improvements and drive key performance indicators. You will support the store manager in leading a team, executing visual standards, and maintaining store profitability.

The role requires strong selling skills, good English communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Prior retail/optical knowledge is a plus and a college degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to analyze retail KPIs and adapt to store performance.
• Proven selling skills and ability to meet/exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvement to exceed KPIs such as Comp Sales, Conversion, and NPS.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partners with store manager to lead and develop team.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Performs administrative duties and works a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
