Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager who acts as a leader in the absence of the Store Manager and delivers key performance results while representing the brand in the community.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the team, drive sales, maintain store standards, manage daily administrative duties, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. This role offers a competitive total rewards package and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPIs including Comp Sales, % Sales to Plan, Conversion, and Customer Count.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales & profit.
• Partners with store manager to lead & develop team.
• Delivers constructive feedback and coordinates development with Store Manager.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors and ensures policy compliance.
• Performs administrative duties and works a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
