Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to lead daily store operations, hire and develop staff, and drive sales while maintaining a positive, compliant environment for both employees and customers.

The role includes a 5-week training with performance metrics, focus on cost control, and delivering excellent customer service. This full-time position offers base pay plus commissions and opportunities for advancement at a busy Texas location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must stand, bend, and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff through interviewing, hiring and development.
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal compliance.
• Control labor, inventory and maintenance costs.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
