Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Texas location. You will oversee staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Training includes a 5-week manager course; you will hire and develop the team, manage scheduling, inventory, and safety procedures to meet performance metrics and deliver a high-quality tanning and wellness experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
