Palm Beach Tan is seeking an experienced manager to lead store operations and drive sales in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.

The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course, staff development, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. Base pay is complemented by commission and bonus opportunities, with advancement potential in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop store staff to maintain a productive team.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees achieve their goals.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean and organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
