Job summary

Palm Beach Tan Texas is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and cultivate a high‑performing team. The role begins with a 5‑week manager‑training course with performance metrics and includes opportunities for advancement.

The position requires stamina, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a strong capacity to motivate others while delivering excellent customer service. You will interview, hire, and develop employees; manage labor, inventory, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
